Coutu Helps Celebrate Milestone for Christmas Party
The Kids’ Christmas Toy Fund on Saturday threw its Annual Kids Christmas Party, an event that provides gifts of love for underprivileged children, and Rep. Christopher Coutu plans to be there to help the nonprofit organization celebrate a special milestone—20 years of service to New London County. Coutu went to the party at Norwich Free Academy to present special citations from the legislature and Gov. M. Jodi Rell honoring the annual party and the efforts of organizer Elizabeth Hall-Hurley.
