Coutu Congratulates “Model Citizen” and Student
HARTFORD — Christopher Coutu and Alicia Waring have a few things in common. Coutu, state representative from Norwich, congratulated Waring today after a ceremony in the House chamber that had legislators take time to recognize the efforts from students of every state school. Like Coutu, Waring is a U.S. Air Force veteran. And like Waring, Coutu attended Three Rivers Community College. Waring carries a perfect grade point average, and Coutu described the former soldier as “a model citizen and someone who is focused to excel in life.”
